A mysterious photograph that surfaced online over the weekend appeared to show the "XO" singer was planning to surprise fans with another unexpected album drop, nearly a year after pulling the same stunt.
The image of the alleged "release confirmation," which features the logos of Columbia Records and Beyonce's production company, Parkwood Entertainment, shows the new album, "Beyonce - Volume 2" would contain 10 tracks and feature guest appearances by Drake, Nicki Minaj,
Jay and Bey's 2-year-old daughter, Blue Ivy, was also listed as one of the featured artists.
A four-disc physical copy that would include music from the new album, last year's "Beyonce" as well as videos and live performances, also appeared to be in the mix.
So far, there was no word from Beyonce's camp on the alleged leak and it was possible the whole thing was a prank pulled by Photoshop-savvy hoaxers.
Internet sleuths at New York's Vulture blog and elsewhere spotted some suspicious elements.
A digital version of the album was set to drop on Friday, Nov. 14, with a physical release set for Monday, Nov. 25.
